Collin Richardson
Founder & President
Collin’s has over 10 years of oil and gas experience. He organized the drilling and completion of the wells drilled by Cap’s predecessor, Mineral Resources, Inc. Collin is especially committed to responsible resource development. He has initiated completion optimization programs by integrating multi state fracks and directed one of the country’s largest successful urban 3D seismic shoots. Collin supervises operations and manages federal and state permitting efforts.
Logan Richardson
Founder & President
Logan oversaw all phases of land acquisition and management of lease assets for Cap’s predicessor, Mineral Resources, Inc. Under Logan’s leadership, the company created unique and systematic approaches to lease acquisition and title work management. Logan has worked closely with the company’s legal counsel and with state and local governing bodies to ensure the success of large scale oil and gas development projects.
Jack Sattler
Executive Vice President
Jack Sattler is particularly attuned to the complexities of urban drilling and title. He began his career as a field landman working in east Texas and northern Louisiana in the Haynesville and Barnett shale plays. In 2013, he joined Mineral Resources to focus on the strategic acquisition of royalties, minerals and working interests for the drilling of horizontal wells from multi well pad sites in the Denver Juelsburg Basin. Jack has coordinated large scale due diligence projects for divestiture and acquisition. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s of business administration degree in energy management.
